At Anchors Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that assembled custom complete skateboards and used decks are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags, hardware, and accessories are included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the equipment at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
